Working with Joe was super easy. We had an event in mind then Joe and his team put together a trip for us that was easy to navigate for two first time travelers to Italy. Was very pleased with how well our days were organized and the places we stayed. Of course, there was one hiccup and the Joe was wonderful and responsive in helping us with a resolution despite the time change.
