Meet Joe

We traveled to the British Isles and Norway on a Viking Cruise. Joe went WAAYYY out of his way to help us with a big problem that came up while we were on our vacation and had a problem. He stuck with it for days and helped us until he completely solved the problem for us. i wish i could give him a lot more than 5 Stars. I thought the level of help and advice he gave us before our trip was great, but what he did during the trip was outstanding.

I contacted Joe Lang in mid March 2016 and inquired about planning my 1st anniversary trip with my wife. He was our agent in 2015 thru a referral so I decided to use his services again as our honeymoon was AMAZING! I wanted to find a location with a direct flight and during the 4th of July holiday extended weekend so I was worried the dates and the timing would work both financially and schedule wise (limited vacation days with my new job). Joe was very informative, experienced, and provided excellent communication as we planned the trip and created the vision to ensure a wonderful time for my wife and I. Based on Joe's recommendation and my budget, I decided to take my wife to Cancun, MEX. She speaks fluent Spanish and had only been with her sister so I felt this was the perfect choice. The resort, services, and events offered were an even better upgrade than I has expected and my wife was surely more satisfied than even during our honeymoon. We enjoyed 1st class meals, courtesy for the staff, beautiful weather, and top notch accommodations as our room location and access to pool/ocean was priceless! Cristal and I really had a blast and when our anniversary comes around again, I will DEFINITELY be in contact with Joe Lang.
